Had an odd one this morning. Checked in for a LHR-JFK, 2 passengers on the booking but would only issue a boarding card for 1 passenger, mine is not available and marked for airport collection only.

Called the gold line, they could not see why this has occurred but assured I was fully checked in.

I've had the message before, but not for just one passenger on the booking.
