For a full overnight transit of that length, you definitely need a proper bed in a hotel. It's money well spent, and you'll be glad you did. In all honesty, anything more than 3 or 4 hours in a lounge - even the F one - is too long unless absolutely unavoidable. The thought of staying there from around midnight to almost 10am next day, with no real privacy, is depressing.
