I just finished a one-night stay. I'm a gold member and I got "platinum for a day." This came with an upgrade to the top floor with lounge access.

The lounge is small but very nice. The complimentary breakfast is very good and the selection is excellent. Afternoon refreshments and snacks in lounge are also very good with a wide selection.

Everything was very clean including the room.

My stay was very short so I didn't get to fully experience the property but everything was exactly what I expected from a comparable Westin in a major city.

There isn't a direct sbahn or ubahn line that connects the main train station to the station closest to the hotel so I ended up taking an Uber when I first arrived.
