When you're making a reservation on Avis.com and see the "PAY NOW" button, there's an (i) icon under it. If you hover over it, it states "For cancelled reservations (up to 6 hours) prior to pick-up a full refund less $25.00 is offered. For any missed reservations a fee of $100.00 will be charged."
