Some airports have a car meet the plane with a "follow me" sign and they drive to the gate. Why is this the case. I don't remember which airport except Malaga Spain. That airport looks modern, has jetways, and isn't that big (roughly the same size terminal as Columbus, Ohio and Reno, NV)
