I have had GE since its beginning. I never received a card becuase they had not invented them. There were stickers placed in your passport, but when I renewed my passport I no longer had the sticker. I just did a GE renewal and have received a card. However, before last week I would NOT have had a GE card since it did not exist until last week. How can they demand you show a card they never gave you?
