I think it's quite well knowm that Cathay keeps and maintains their own database of oneworld flyers. From what I recall it isn't very sophisticated, nothing like a CIV, more a track of revenue and redemption flights. They know who we are. But other AAirlines struggle to differentiate their ExPlats from the Goldies, so the shorter answer is "no".
