"Emerald plus" data shared across Oneworld?

Do Oneworld airlines share details over and above the regular Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald status of their respective members? In particular, as many other airlines have something akin to GGL (i.e. higher than Emerald lets call it Emerald-plus for the purposes of this question) is there any sort of unofficial recognition of this across the alliance?

The reason I ask is that I was on a CX flight today which started with both me and the guy next to me getting a welcome by name. I only saw a couple of other people in the cabin get this so I assumed it was because we were both Emeralds/GCH equivalents. However I then got another welcome from another member of staff which my neighbour didn't, and when the meal was served I alone was explicitly asked if I had any special requests. There were a few more minor moments of 'recognition' (more than my neighbour) before the flight was over - it was really getting quite embarrassing and tiresome in the end.

If the initial welcome was indeed due to both of us being Emeralds, I can't think of any other potential reason why I got the extra thick helping of being fawned over, but I'm not aware of any official Oneworld policy here (otherwise surely they'd have come up with a new gemstone to call us.
