This is making me VERY nervous about my upcoming stay in a few days, and I am having second thoughts, although we won't be arriving until late evening. I am going to call the hotel today to make sure my suite upgrade is retained for late arrival, and I am assigned to a quiet area, but based on this review, I can only assume my suite will be given away and I will be assigned to a random room, assuming they even hold my room until 11p...and if we arrive that late and there is a long line for check-in and no priority for Platinums, there is going to be a big problem.
