I took this flight in August. We started off at JFK with a very rude agent at F check in. We couldn't get spa reservations in advance and we were basically dismissed at the lounge when we asked for any availability. The service was fine, though not as polished as I expected in F. My FA was very nice but service a bit slow, weirdly my husband and I ordered the same dish but received visibly different looking beef dishes without any explanation so apparently one of us received a business meal. The closet at the front of the closet was broken (we had both row 1 seats so each time we stowed a bag we had to jiggle the door which came off one of the hinges) and the cabin was extremely warm. my husband's light at his seat never turned off and the other seats that were available were those awful middle seats without privacy. But overall I slept for most of the flight and it was comfortable, though I am not rushing to fly BA F again. On our next trip to africa we booked business on another carrier.
