I thought aperge was better than the Fat Duck and would be very happy if it was the best venture in the world. And funnly enough I flew Biz on that trip via Cathay Pacific and stayed at Four Seasons HK. I thought LKH was way better than Hakkasan maybe 2 though not three I have also been to French Laundry , Quay, Per Se. But have not been to Spain or Copenhagen etc.
