I have the "Overnighter" bag and absolutely love it. I chose it over a Tumi and have had it for a little over four years. Its accompanied me on around 600,000 miles of travel in those four years and is still holding up well - the only damage is that the ballistic nylon on the bottom is a little worn from being dragged behind my rollaboard for all these years. Other than that, its still like new.

It has a very generous array of pockets and a great slide-in laptop holder. Plus it has very sturdy zippers, handles and shoulder strap - more sturdy than Tumi, in my opinion. My only complaint is that it holds so much stuff - it gets awfully heavy!

Edit to add that they don't appear to make the Overnighter anymore. It is identical to the Expandable computer bag, except that instead of an accordian file, the back compartment comes with a removable shirt holder and small toiletry kit so you could, in theory, pack a change of clothes for an overnight trip (hence the name, I suppose). I've never used it that way, but I like the flexibility of being able to put whatever I want into the back compartment without having the accordian file folders in the way.
