I was trying to use my LAN kms to book a BA flight LAS-LHR (or LGW). It looks that there is no way how I could check the availability online so I called LAN help center and they told me that there are no available flights all February. It seems quite strange as both BA or AA websites show quite good availability for these dates. I do not have much experience with LAN, did anyone succeed to purchase reward flight on other Oneworld airlines with LAN kms?
