They didn't have me protected anywhere and started calling around.

It took them half an hour to find me a place nearby with a non-smoking room.

I got nothing. Nada. Not even an apology. I paid for the new hotel.

I wrote the hotel. They ignored it.

I forwarded my letter to Marriott, which replied asking for my reservation number -- which I gave them. They told me the number was wrong and could do nothing.
