The Rouen prop only retains its shell as the entire guts have been replaced while Lille has kept both shell and most of its guts.
Wicklow, a year after, still tends to think they're an RC and acts that way too.
Only one of these 3 I'd ever consider returning to is Lille.
The service we had at the Powerscourt property was appalling. The room was beautiful, but the service was absolutely abysmal. Good brekkie though... once they decided to allow us to partake.
I'll second the poster who said that their employees knew nothing about Platinum benefits... nor did they care.
We stayed at the Boscolo Exedra in April and it was a solid experience all the way around. The property was beautiful, the service was great, and the location couldn't be better for being able to get around Rome easily (and find cabs when necessary). I actually just snagged a LNF rate for our return this coming April, and I'm really looking forward to it!
