Arco in SoCal is now part of Tesoro (aka USA Gasoline). They are in the process of transitioning off of BP systems onto Tesoro systems. So far I don't see any more stations picking up credit acceptance. The Arco near LAX specifically the National Car Rental took credit before, got the new Tesoro system, takes credit still, and contactless worked inside with a physical Visa but Android Pay with AmEx wouldn't work. The pumps had no contactless readers.
