I booked one reservation but found another one a little cheaper with different discount code. However, when I tried to cancel the previous one, it's saying I have to pay $25 fee. I thought most prestigious can rental company always provide free cancellation especially when the cancellation date is way earlier than the picked up date. Anyone can help me get this $25 fee waived?
