This is my first experience with giftcardmall.com and it's consistently terrible.

Bought multiple $300 Visa gebits (metabank) from Staples.com. Sticker on card says "Activation required". Go to the giftcardmall.com website and enter the card number. Next prompted for the secret "activation code". After peeling the card off the printed sheet it arrived attached to, the 4-digit activation code is simply the last 4 digits of the card (as best I can tell - the illustration on giftcardmall.com doesn't exactly match up with what's printed on the enclosed sheet). Activation fails for every card, with the following: "We cannot process your request at this time. Please try again or call 1-877-426-2551."

Is this how gitcardmall.com usually goes?
