oneworld rules state that business class passengers can access any oneworld business class lounge. However, this is generally restricted to the terminal of departure, as at many airports it's not possible to access terminals that you're not departing from.
At LHR T4, you can use either the MH lounge (which accepts oneworld F/J and Emerald/Sapphire) or the QR lounge (which accepts oneworld F/J only).
You will not be able to use the BA lounges in T5, as you cannot access T5 without a boarding pass departing T5.
