Yes, even in LH C you do not have to fear that you cannot store your belongings because someone in coach has taken it.

Heck even in PE, I arrived really last minute the last few times and never had to battle to get my hand luggage stowed above.

In my prejudice, all flights to and from Asia proper are crammed with elites. And the only reason why the lounges are not 250% flooded is that the elites bring >>1 companion in the average.
