I checked a fare on orbitz from washington DC to colorodo springs on May 26th about 1 week ago, and it was $195, now it's close to $400! Same flight!

So my question is ... in your guys experience, with over 2 months left, do you think the fares will come back down? I mean do they usually fluctuate up and down, or once they jump up do they usually stay up?

I can't believe it jumped -- I mean I've seen it do that before, but I thought I was safe with over 2 months still left and I thought I could wait a week!!

I guess once you see the right fare you have to jump on it, true? or not?
