So for $400 you'll
Roll over 5k MQM, get a hand full of upgrades, check a bag for free and maintain group 1 boarding
vs
Wasting a day & spending $400

Some of those things you'd get with a delta Amex card and could plan better for 2016, why not just get a delta Amex?
