Yes but after the 160 there is a space and I was referring to the following set of numbers. The ones that start with 160 234- prefix are CX issued.

To update, Manila call center called back and offered me a "10,000" mile settlement which I refused. I also reviewed this issue with my attorney friend and actually conferenced call her into a conversation with the supervisor telling them how they have breached US contract law.

I'll be contacting the the suggested HK media and writing a formal complaint to all CX channels.
