I have a friend who is Delta gold. She has no status on Alaska currently. She was going to do a status match, but I wasn't sure if I should advise her it's too late in the year to have it processed. If she applies for status match now, is it likely to have problems getting processed? If so, as 75k I could gift her MVP status. I just don't want to miss the boat on both.
