Furthermore the CW seat map shows all aisle and window seats taken, with the exception of 3 blocked and all middle seats. This makes it unusually full for a flight several weeks off.

The CWS guestimate is that it's overbooked in CW by about 8 at the moment, 5 lucky people will be upgraded to First for free, and the other 3 will cancel or move to another flight. There is very little chance of a UuA to First coming up, at this stage, the flight is full except in WT.
