Also what's the deal with the 320s and AVOD? I heard they are getting it later as a part 2 modification?
Perhaps the 319s are used on longer routes than the 320s and thus have the priority for AVOD. This would mean that indeed 320s are lower on Delta's upgrade list and to be upgraded later than the 319s.
