I have both and have been checking on Saver First flights lately within the US on both sites. I notice that many times AS will quote 32k miles for an AA flight where AA will quote 25k miles for the same flight. I've also noticed a couple of times where AA had AS saver first available for 25k miles when the AS site didn't show availability for the same flight.
