LGA terminal B, C gates: are there proper TSA Pre lanes

Hi guys,

Flying this afternoon. Is the TSA Pre lane fully operational there or is it one of those where you get a piece of paper that allows you to keep your shoes on?

If it's not, is there one at the D gates entrance?
