They go down their own members (all of them) on every flight. If they need to upgrade more for operational reasons, they they move onto *G, then *S, then who knows.

Also note that *G in the UC is "one" guest. They wouldn't let the three of us in so we had to ask a single patron entering to guest my one of them.
That's not a UC policy, it's a Star Alliance policy. That's how it works in every lounge. *G gets one guest.
