Number of rows was Captain's decision. Legitimately he could have cancelled the entire flight. It was a CO plane (2-1-2). BF was not full some some passengers in front were relocated to other BF seats. 30 booked, 40 capacity, 20 seats removed from service - 10 persons out of luck.

Plane was near fully booked full in Y. That is why UA was OK with rerouting some BF Upgrade passengers otherwise they would have to invol some Y class passengers.

Actually it was nice having good service and food on Swiss. Much better than UA -- but I do prefer the CO seats.

Some FA is looking for a new job??
