Thanks everybody for your help. Interamerican is no longer renting cars in Florida according to their customer service reps and they are no longer taking any online reservations until 2007 so FYI for those who use them.

I've never used Orbitz except to see what the industry prices are. If I use them to rent a car, are there surcharges? Must I pay upfront? How do they work? Their Payless rate is better than Payless' own rate. Thanks!
