AA agent can't see flight I can book via AA.com
I’m trying to add a flight SYD-CBR to my booking on hold (CBR-ADL-DOH) but the agent can’t see the 6:40pm (QF1525) flight the previous day as available, when I can book that single sector on the AA website. Qantas.com also has the same flight as redeemable via the QFF program. I have to use an AA agent to add the flight (QR included), but obviously the agent can’t book a flight that doesn’t appear on there system….so any advice as to how I go about getting this addition to my AAward booking?
