Thank you so very much for your suggestions. If my incoming flight is not delayed, I will take the train downtown. I was also looking for a Wal Mart or Metro type big supermarket and those are not downtown, near Central Station, right? Anyone know one near Munich airport or the access would be too difficult without a car? Thanks.
