Had my NEXUS interview earlier this week and am now waiting for the physical card.
Until I receive the card, what additional privileges do I have? I was told that I can add my KTN and receive PreCheck before I receive the card.
Would I also be correct in assuming that I can use Global Entry lanes at all eligible airports to enter the US before I receive my card, but not NEXUS lanes to return back to Canada?
I believe you would still need to receive, and then activate your Nexus card on the GOES site before you could use Global Entry.. unless CBP has told you otherwise. Should only take 5-10 days to arrive by mail.
