A little harsh, no? Perhaps it depends on the agent. Or perhaps it varies from the domestic to the international call centre, which is a different phone number (I generally take international flights). Either way, during *my* normal course of business with US, pricing is always provided in USD.

I would certainly suggest that any stores not managed by Wal Mart's Canadian division would not have pricing in CAD. US and FTD don't have Canadian divisions (call centres, sales offices, whatever you want to call them).
