I just called US Airways at 800-428-4322 (found on
www.canada411.com) and asked for the lowest fare from Toronto to Pittsburg, departing March 14 and returning March 27. The agent's
verbatim response was "The base fare is $289.60
Canadian."

I dunno. Are you suggesting that Wal-Marts in Canada start repricing all their stock in US dollars?
