No, it's not cumulative.
If you're flying Alaska, regardless of how the ticket was booked, make sure to input your Mileage Plan number in the reservation. Your status will display in the PNR and you'll be able to receive the MVP free baggage waiver.
Doesn't matter if the Alaska flight was booked using Delta SkyMiles, British Airways Avios, AAdvantage miles, etc.
