Although it doesn't appear that you are getting much sympathy from your fellow FTers, I understand your being upset. I have never dealt with FTD because their 'arrangements' are awful. Period. But the price you paid for a dozen roses is outrageous at the very least.

With Aeroplan claiming over 8 million members, with 90% of them Canadian, I can see why you would assume the pricing may be in CAD if on the Aeroplan website. Alas, I have to say if the FTD agent needed help in spelling Ontario, I would have asked for more details...
