I flew on Air Canada from Philadelphia to Vancouver (with a stop in Toronto) and back from Victoria to Philadelphia (with stops in Vancouver and Toronto) back in May 2015.

I booked this flight using points through the Chase Ultimate Rewards portal.

Now I want to request mileage credit for this trip on my United account but I can't find the ticket numbers for the Air Canada flights I took.

I called Air Canada and they couldn't find the reservation with ticket numbers and of course I don't have a credit card I booked with to share because I booked through Chase. I called Chase and they cannot find individual ticket numbers either, only 1 single ticket number. I tried to put this number into the credit request online page but received an error.

Who should I contact again or next to be able to request the credit from United? Or is it even possible at this point to get the credit if I cannot get the ticket numbers?
