I don't know... the insert that came in my statement clearly stated that all prices were is USD. FTD's website, had you looked at it, clearly says throughout the ordering process that prices are in USD. Aeroplan's website clearly states that miles earned are 10 for every US dollar.

Sounds like you're looking for someone to blame... shouldn't be a lengthy search.
