As noted previously, don't bother with Alamo...since the rentals were more than 30 days ago, call WN's CS line and give them the pertinent info. I've had 100% success in getting proper credits/bonuses using this process.
Thanks for the tip, I didn't know this. I called WN CS and they weren't able to do anything, except direct me back to the Alamo number I already tried. The rep insisted that they can't be entered "from our side." Oh well.
