FTD florists is an official partner of AP but be very careful. I ordered 2 doz roses for 2 great women today, and after talking to an agent and placing the order I discovered the quote she gave me was in US $$. This took my order for 2 doz roses to over $240Canadian, simply outrageous!

I used the number advertised on Aeroplan site as an official partner, I was told the price per dozen at the beginning of the conversation ($79.95 per doz+ $10 for delivery). I thought this rather high but I decided to go for it. I even asked if this was Canadian as the woman on the other end sounded American. She said yes, but later said she misunderstood my question, DUH!!

Then to my total surprise after spending some 20 minutes placing these orders, I found out it was all in US $$$.

This is not right for Air Canada to permit a partner to advertise its services without clear and up front warning that it is NOT in $C.

I feel mislead and deceived. I want to warn anyone else thinking of using FTD on the Aeroplan site. Be forewarned.
