Thanks Nux for your reply, yes I realise that, but when you're looking for reward availability early morning, it means completing all of the details for your destination each time, whereas a straight avios booking dose not, you just hit the "my recent searches" button and takes you to the availability page. If I remember correctly last year, you used the Normal booking form on the left hand side of the home page, ticked companion voucher and it was saved in "my recent searches" complete. Originally there was no separate voucher form,you just completed the booking outlined above. Even though you can still use the
booking application on the left, it dose not retain the companion voucher details.
