Not getting credited the points it said I would on booking?
I normally book a cancellable rate and pay on check-in, the last twice I have paid in advance on a non cancellable rate and neither time have I been allocated the points it said I would be when I booked

It looks like the points have been worked out minus the VAT element

is this the norm?
