No-one cares as long as you are sufficiently covered and there is nothing overtly offensive (e.g. a very rude slogan on the front of your sleepwear may be problematic but CX logo wouldn't be!).
On a recent flight I hadn't changed into my sleeper suit, and a fellow passenger scolded me with: "You're not in your jammies!".
Actually, it was one of the funniest things a stranger has said to me in a long time.
