Car Rental - LAX, SAN, and LAS - drop off in second airport, without drop-off fees?
Which car rental companies will allow you to pick up a car at any one of the three airports mentioned above, and drop it, without drop-off fees and either one of the remaining airports?

If one picks up a car at any one of the three mentioned airports, can one cross into the other state, without any extra fees incurred?
