I don't think BA/LH/AF got into PE to make another $125/flight.

UA has an even more adverse cost and revenue protection environment to implementing PE due to their multi-hub network (less scheduling flexibility to put PE equipped planes on only the routes where PE can do best relative to more J or Y).
