Just called for Aviator Red, I asked the first CSR if there were any offers available to offset the annual fee, and she put me on hold then said they couldn't waive it (no mention of any other offers). I asked to downgrade to the no-fee Aviator, she transferred me to retention, and they said she was wrong, waived the fee, and gave me the 2x gas/groceries/utilities offer. Slightly odd, but I'm happy.
