I called to ask for a courtesy fee waiver over some finance and late fees I was charged over a mistake that admittedly I had made. Called in the first time, and the agent was adament there was nothing that could be done. Naturally, I was pretty pissed and ready to close the card. Called in again the second time, and they gladly waived the fees. As they say, your mileage will vary.
