(Even better on a Friday, sat or Sunday purchase I have until Monday at close of business....nice if you are playing with I fares and looking for creative routes and inventory. You can get one in the hand, one in the bush...and decide which you will release later.)
AA gives all agencies this 24hrs..expedia, etc are all 'travel agents'
With a dedicated, physical TA I can always call and chat, move $ from one to the next, etc. With expedia it is more limited.
